First Visit

Each examination / consultation will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the Patient Information/Medical History form.

Please allow plenty of time to find our office and parking. If you are parking your car, remember to purchase enough parking time to allow for both the examination itself and completion of any necessary paperwork.

If you have been previously advised to take antibiotics prior to dental appointments because of a medical condition, please take them as directed before your appointment with Dr. Gould.

If your dentist has given you any radiographs (X-rays) and/or a referral form, please remember to bring them with you, along with the details of any dental insurance coverage.

Quite likely the first person you will meet when you arrive is our receptionist and office manager Sharon. Our patients say that they find Sharon’s friendly manner to be both welcoming and reassuring. Following your reception, dental assistant Tracy will show you to Dr. Gould’s modern dental operatory.

Through big picture windows, you will see a spectacular view of False Creek, the skyline of downtown Vancouver, and snow-capped peaks of the North Shore Mountains.
