I am extremely grateful to Dr Gould and his caring staff for their treatment of me during two rounds of gum graft surgery this past year. I had been dreading having this work done and even dreamed of being chased by a dentist carrying a scalpel before my first appointment. What I actually encountered was a stress free and painless surgical appointment, followed by only mild discomfort which was controlled by the medication prescribed, Dr Gould gave me clear instructions on postoperative care and by following these, I found the week following surgery to proceed very very smoothly with only minor tenderness which was easily dealt with. Like Dr Gould, his staff are totally helpful and compassionate. I give them all ten out of ten for making this experience as positive as it was. Thank you to all of you.

The most surprising aspect for me was the almost complete lack of pain during and after the procedure. I was particularly thankful for the information pamphlet.
